Who is Lone Star Entertainment?
Take two aspiring entertainers with backgrounds in live
musical performance, wedding music, master of
ceremony/disc jockey and event planning and you've got
the seeds of what would become Lone Star
Entertainment.
Jeremy Martin is a Texas native who grew up in the Fort
Worth area, where he still resides. Always deeply
interested in music, Jeremy taught himself to play the
guitar as a teenager and began songwriting and playing
in local bands. His performance experience led him to
the wedding industry, where he has played as a solo
artist as well as part of duo and trio for Metroplex
weddings over the past several years. With a CD of
original music already under his belt, Jeremy's next
project is a collaboration of Christmas music under the
Lone Star Entertainment banner. To view and purchase

Larry Canepa is a California native who grew up on the
Monterey Peninsula where he lived for over 30 years.
Originally a percussionist, Larry's musical interests
shifted to vocals and songwriting over time. His
professional career trained him in public speaking,
master of ceremony and event planning, which spilled
over to his personal life as the chairman of his high
school reunion committee as well as commitments to
his mother's political campaigns (who served 20 years as
a Councilwoman for the city of Monterey). With his
musical interest and background, Larry also began to
experiment as a Disc Jockey with private parties, family
events and fundraisers.
Upon Larry's move to the Metroplex in 2004, Larry and
Jeremy were introduced and found that they shared
common interests in musical performance and a desire
to form an Entertainment Company. Thus, Lone Star
Entertainment was born. Primarily focused on
Corporate Events and Private Parties, Lone Star
Entertainment has expanded its services to reach the
Wedding sector as well. With both principals having a
long background in songwriting and performance, over
time Lone Star Entertainment will expand beyond the
Mobile DJ service into a full service music and
entertainment force.
